Momoooooooooooooos. Oh how I loved them. I too could live happily on them forever. Oh, momos.
So glad you survived the bus experience. Admittedly there probably aren't so many other options for getting around.
School is OK, but I feel I've had a vastly less happening-packed month than you (which is the way it should be).
I also had diarrhoea on my trip - it just lasted for 5 weeks (I was only there for 2). Still, it was fabulous for weight loss.
The lessons you saw sound much better than some of the lessons that were going on in Kathmandu, though it seems like there are the same problems with basics (like bothering to pay the teachers for example).
Are you staying in Nepal now or heading over the border? And congrats on the nose peircing, it looks great!
I dont think I want diarrhoea for 5 weeks - even if i do need to lose weight - I think I'm getting terribly fat with no excercise other than walking to places to eat...
I'm in Kathmandu now for a month - working in an orphanage - dont know what that entails yet - think i find out tomo. Then travelling about for a month or so before India - by bus...
